Get in touch with BWA Kilimanjaro and you will immediately be contacted by one of our East Africa experts.
BWA has one of the best information networks on the web, and experts with a hands-on interest in Kilimanjaro. Consultation is in-depth and ongoing. You have unrestricted and personal access to your climb coordinator at all times to discuss:

Upon arrival you will be collected at Kilimanjaro International Airport and transported to your lodge. There you can enjoy a day or two of superb hospitality at a premier game lodge as you acclimatize to the altitude and atmosphere. You will visited by the lead guide of the BWA mountain crew who will give you a comprehensive pre-departure brief followed by a question and answer session. On the morning of the climb you will be collected and transported to the National Park gate by your BWA mountain crew, and after registration your climb will commence.
Every BWA climb is accompanied by a licensed guide with a minimum of ten years experience leading summit expeditions, and an assistant guide. A minimum of two porters are supplied per person, depending on your preference, as well as a coordinated camp support team.
Individual ablution facilities are provided throughout
As standard on a BWA Select climb is a full compliment of first aid and first responder facilities, including supplementary oxygen, daily oxygen level monitoring and a hyperbaric bag. Your lead guide will monitor your fitness and response to altitude and will advise and assist accordingly.
Your mountain team will be in constant contact with base, and in the instance of accident, injury or illness a rescue team will be summoned immediately. Depending on the severity of your condition you will be either stretchered down or evacuated by air.
Health, evacuation and travel insurance is available on request.
After your climb you will be transported back to your lodge, and after a night of rest you will be collected and driven to Arusha Airport for a comfortable, 45 minute air transfer to Seronera Airport in Serengeti before being transfered through the national park to your first nights accommodation. You will enjoy the best of the Northern Circuit luxury Lodges and Camps in Serengeti and Ngorongoro Crater, before a road transfer back to Kilimanjaro International Airport, via either Lake Manyara or Tarangire National Parks.
You have the option of being accompanied from your home destination and throughout your trip by an experienced BWA Africa mountain guide and travel expert. This give the assurance of a trouble free trip as well as the advantage of having a salted expert on hand at all time.
BWA guarantees you a trip of a lifetime.
